Initial Visit
This visit is for new patients. We will discuss your psychiatric and medical histories, your current challenges, and your treatment goals. Together, we'll craft a holistic, integrative treatment plan that helps get you where you want to be.

Follow Up
This visit is for established patients. During this visit, we will discuss your progress and make any needed changes to your current treatment plan. We may also do some brief psychotherapy skills during this session.
